Who We're Looking For: We are looking for a long-term Corporate Receptionist who is reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsHigh attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsA polished professional appearancePrevious experience in customer service, administration, or real estate (preferred)A positive attitude and the ability to work well with othersJob Responsibilities: As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, playing a key role in ensuring smooth office operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional mannerAnswering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staffManaging and tracking office keys for security and efficiencyMaintaining a clean and organised reception area and meeting roomsMonitoring office supplies and placing orders as neededProviding administrative support to the sales and property management teamsLiaising with clients, agents, and other administrative staff to ensure effective communicationCreating proposal documents, open home packs, pre-list kits, and agency agreementsAssisting with eblasts, marketing, property research, and other essential tasksSupporting office operations with any other duties as requiredWhy Join Us: Beautiful offices in a great locationA supportive and collaborative team cultureCareer growth opportunities in a dynamic industryCompetitive salary up to $75kAPPLY: CHELSEA
