Get the future you want.Let's talk about the role and responsibilitiesProvide architecture and operational leadership to your teamAssess, analyse and optimise current infrastructure footprint (network and infrastructure security)Participate in planning sessions to establish standards, architecture, and project initiativesIdentify security vulnerabilities and recommendations and coordinate their remediationDrive continuous improvement and reduction in manual effort by automating deployments and configuration updatesRoot cause analysis and service improvement solutionsLiaise with appropriate teams for development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve major incidentsAdhere to ITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change ManagementProactively provide team members with information and guidance on engineering methodologies, standards and best practicesHave existing network and infrastructure security certificationsLet's talk about the teamOur Cloud Infrastructure Services - Managed Services practice brings together the right technology, processes and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients.
