Role Overview: As an Admin Support team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service at the reception deskAssisting with administrative tasks and client inquiriesManaging appointment bookings and client recordsUtilizing Canva for creating engaging contentManaging our social media presence to enhance our outreachKey Qualifications: Previous experience in reception or customer service is highly desirableBackground or experience in psychology is a plusProficiency in using Canva for content creationFamiliarity with social media platforms and strategiesExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Magnus Health?
