We offer a range of skin-focused treatments and infuse the opulence and beauty of luxury service into all of our high-quality products.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced, passionate, driven, and confident Sales Manager to manage and motivate our team of Beauty Advisors (in-clinic sales consultants) across our Sydney CBD & Brookvale clinics. You must have proven experience in a Sales Manager role and previous clinic management to be eligible to apply. Direct sales experience, consultative sales experience, and dermal beauty experience are a must.You will need to have a proven history of sales management and team management and be someone who continually exceeds their targets. We are looking for a real go-getter who is driven and excited to lead and motivate their team to success.Working parallel to the Clinic Managers across our 2 clinics, you will be managing a team of 6 Beauty Advisors.Job duties include:Develop a strong understanding of what drives and motivates your staff to increase performance and client service standards.Coach and mentor your team in sales techniques to ensure KPI's are met/exceeded.Take initiative – solve problems as they arise.Monitor performance and sales constantly.Break down targets for team members to understand and motivate the team to achieve these.Mentor team members and assist them in their career development and progression.Coach team members when dealing with issues or challenges that may arise.This role will be split between the Head office, Brookvale Clinic & Market Street Clinic, Sydney.Must be available to work Tuesday - Saturday 9.30am – 5.30pm. (Please note there may be some irregular later nights until 6pm or 7pm based on Sales Meetings)What we offer:Amazing Team Culture – Be a part of a close-knit team in a highly professional and luxury skin-focused clinic.Well established team & high level of training.Excellent Salary Package – Generous base + Commission.Job Security – This is a long-term career opportunity with ongoing training and development.Enjoy highly discounted treatments (some complimentary).About YouMinimum 1 year of recent experience in a Sales Manager role.Must have direct sales experience in high ticket items.Must have consultative sales experience in premium luxury items.Confidence to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to consistently achieve/exceed KPI's.Excellent interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated with a can-do attitude.An ability to deliver outstanding service and build great relationships.2 years of industry experience in dermal beauty or similar is a must.Experience in leading sales seminars or training or educating in sales is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must maintain a professional appearance.
