We offer a range of skin-focused treatments and infuse the opulence and beauty of luxury service into all of our high-quality products.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced, passionate, driven, and confident Sales Manager to manage and motivate our team of Beauty Advisors (in-clinic sales consultants) across our Sydney CBD & Brookvale clinics.
You must have proven experience in a Sales Manager role & previous clinic management to be eligible to apply, direct sales experience, consultative sales experience & dermal beauty experience is a must.You will need to have a proven history of sales management, team management, and someone who continually exceeds their targets.
We are looking for a real go-getter who is driven and excited to lead and motivate their team to success.Working parallel to the Clinic Managers across our 2 clinics, you will be managing a team of 6 Beauty Advisors.Job duties include:Develop a strong understanding of what drives and motivates your staff to increase performance and client service standards.Coach and mentor your team in sales techniques to ensure KPI's are met/exceeded.Take initiative – solve problems as they arise.Monitor performance and sales constantly.Break down targets for team members to understand and motivate the team to achieve these.Mentor team members and assist them in their career development and progression.Coach team members when dealing with issues or challenges that may arise.This role will be split between the Head office, Brookvale Clinic & Market Street Clinic, Sydney.Must be available to work Tuesday - Saturday 9.30am – 5.30pm.
