Woodcutters Restaurant is a new dining destination at Nikola Estate, one of WA's oldest and most picturesque wineries.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team
Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for a talented and passionate Weddings and Event Operations Manager on a Full Time basis.

A day in the life This role is responsible for managing and executing function-related activities at both Nikola Estate and Oakover Grounds.
You will lead a team of wedding and events supervisors, coordinate tasks, ensure exceptional service delivery to clients, and assist the restaurant manager when required.
This role requires a mix of organizational skills, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail to guarantee the success of every event.
We're looking for someone who is adaptable and who has a 'can-do' attitude.
As a leader, you'll help to set the standards by displaying a passion for hospitality and the motivation to deliver exceptional functions and events.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar functions roleDemonstrated experience in leading and managing a teamAbility to multitask, prioritize, and execute responsibilities efficientlyA hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operationsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsCompetency in relevant software for data entry and administrative tasksMust be able to work weekends and nightsIf you are a team player with a passion for hospitality, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
