APR Engineering, a leader in mechanical engineering solutions specialising in machining and fabrication, was established in 1995.
We offer precision services such as turning, milling, fabrication, surface grinding, and slotting.
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations and Facilities Supervisor to join our team at the APR Engineering factory

Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a safe, customer-focused, and cost-efficient Warehouse and Workshop facilities function.
Oversee daily operations of the Warehouse and workshop, including inventory control, PO fulfillment, and delivering/receiving activities.
Achieve customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.
Manage stock and inventory control, including validation and processing of stock adjustments and inventory write-offs, ensuring inventory accuracy.
Plan and purchase Tools within the agreed budget with management.
Support and optimise quality control processes to ensure product standards are maintained according to technical documentation.
Oversee maintenance of the facility, equipment, and machinery, coordinating with external contractors if needed.
Ensure appropriate record keeping for receiving and dispatching goods to third parties or the company.
The Essentials: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (preferred).
Strong communication skills.
Current Forklift Licence.
A strong work ethic with a 'can do' attitude; flexible and cooperative.
