Position Overview:We are looking for a passionate, driven, and creative Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of STC Lawyers, drive brand awareness, and attract new clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong marketing background and an interest in the legal or immigration sector.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Video Editor, Content Creator, and other team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth for STC Lawyers and associated projects.Organize events, webinars, and podcasts to showcase the firm's expertise and promote our services to a wide audience.Oversee and manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, ensuring daily content creation and posting to engage followers and promote services.Develop engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.Communicate and collaborate with educational institutions, career or recruitment and other institutions to assist students seeking educational or training pathways to Australia.Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including social media engagement, website traffic, and lead generation, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.Maintain a solid understanding of STC Lawyers' immigration services and visa pathways and use this knowledge to effectively market and communicate the firm's offerings to potential clients.Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online advertisements to promote services.Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and assess market trends for both new and existing services.Provide recommendations on various aspects of marketing, including product offerings, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, sales tactics, and distribution channels to maximize effectiveness.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of the Australian immigration landscape is a plus but not required.Why Join STC Lawyers?
