Sales Manager - NSW / ACTLeadership opportunity with an iconic global organisation in the B2B solution selling within the Industrial Lubricants sector.

With a focus on redefining excellence, you will drive continued customer engagement across multiple channels within the Commercial and Industrial sector such as Agriculture, Mining, Transport, Marine, Civil Construction, etc.
We're on the hunt for an inspirational and hands-on sales manager, a natural leader who thrives on empowering teams, delivering results, and thinking strategically.
As Sales Manager for NSW / ACT, you'll take charge of a high-performing, field-based sales team, partnering with senior leaders to drive revenue growth across direct and partner channels.
With a strong focus on leadership, strategy, and hands-on engagement, you will:
Build and execute a robust growth plan for an ever-expanding product range and exciting market opportunities.Personally manage a portfolio of major accounts while pursuing strategic new business ventures.Foster a unified, results-driven culture by communicating a clear vision and inspiring excellence across your team.This isn't just another sales job - it's a chance to shape the future of an industry leader.
