Team members can recognise their peers, team or other business units, with winners taking part in our annual awards.Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - available to all team members and their immediate family members, 24/7, 365 days a year.What you'll be doing : Delivering a world-class customer experience by proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right products and solutionsDemonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our premium audio products to help customers make informed purchasing decisionsProcessing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and seamless checkout processMaintaining a tidy and visually appealing store environment, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed to the highest standardsActively contributing to store sales targets and KPIs through your excellent selling skills and product knowledgeWhat we're looking for : Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the consumer electronics or audio equipment industryExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers from all backgroundsA genuine passion for technology and audio equipment, with the ability to discuss product features and benefits in an engaging and informative mannerAbout us : Bay Audio Pty Ltd is a leading retailer of premium audio equipment and accessories, with a growing network of stores across regional NSW.
