Job Summary
BSA Wheels & Tyres is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives.
You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key relationships with independent and national customers, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
We are hiring at multiple experience levels.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced business-to-business (B2B) sales representative or a recent graduate/early sales/account management professional.

Our main product categories include tyres, wheels, automotive accessories (wheel spacers, wheel nuts, hub rings, car jacks), and wheel fitting equipment (tyre machines, car hoists).
About The Job
Due to our business growth, we are recruiting an experienced Tyres & Wheels Sales Representative and a recent Graduate/Early Sales/Account Management professional.
This role is based at our Head Office in Peakhurst, Sydney.
You will be responsible for driving sales and margin growth and managing key corporate accounts.
This is a full-time position – Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Plan Execution: Execute the BSA sales plan to achieve sales budget targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers with a view to expanding BSA's share of account and overall market share.
Be fully focused and organised to achieve timely KPI's (monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
Develop and manage relationships with key independent customers locally.
Build strong connections with the local contacts of national customers.
Ensure customer loyalty through regular call cycles and visits.
Meet regularly with key clients to negotiate and close deals.
Sales Promotion: Execute sales promotions across multiple channels to maximise success.
Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities with national channels and independent retailers.
Market Intelligence: Provide Head Office with market insights, covering trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and product developments.
Reporting & Analysis:
Report progress against regional sales plan objectives to the Managing Director.
Monitor business trends to determine customer needs and recommend pricing strategies.
Maintain accurate sales activity reports for Head Office.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive, wheels, or tyres industry.
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to interact with key stakeholders.
Ability to identify and act on new sales opportunities.
Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while being part of a wider sales team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
A current driver's licence.
The split of time spent in the office and travelling to client sites is flexible, typically around 70% in the office and 30% traveling within Sydney.
A company car will be provided for travel to client sites.
