Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)

PM-Partners Group is assisting one of our project delivery customers in the financial services sector to engage a Technical BA for their steadily growing Sydney team.
This position is key for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and ensuring seamless system integration to support lead generation and business growth initiatives.
Location: Sydney CBD
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH
Contract: permanent
Responsibilities:
Analyze, develop, and deliver technical data solutions to address business challenges within project environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current and future technology landscapes, conduct gap analyses, and identify opportunities for improvements.
Elicit, define, and document data and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and needs.
Lead and facilitate technical workshops and meetings to define data processes and solutions.
Conduct complex data analysis and document data flows, mapping from source to destination systems.
About You:
5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with banking and financial services background.
Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and technical writing with attention to detail.
Solid expertise in system integration projects, ensuring seamless connection and operation across diverse systems.
Extensive experience in data migration and data analysis, facilitating smooth transitions and accurate insights.
Proven ability to work effectively in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
