As the Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Hotel financial reports are prepared accurately on a timely basis.
Working in a team of 5, you will support the Director of Finance in ensuring the day to day operations as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.
The varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your professional Accounting career within an international company; either in Australia or overseas.
Some of the responsibilities include: Preparation of monthly financial reports to tight deadlinesAssist with the Accounts Receivable processing, reporting and collectionTo prepare reconciliations of General Ledger accountsPreparing and distributing the monthly financial statementsObtain approvals and processing of all invoicesAssist with budgeting and forecastingAssist with external auditors as requiredAssist with ASIC compliance regulatory requirementsAssist with all tax matters with ATO & SRODaily clearing of cheques and receipts per Bank statements #J-18808-Ljbffr
