Descripción del empleo Buscamos un Auditor Nocturno profesional y orientado al detalle para unirse a nuestro equipo, quien desempeñará un papel crucial para garantizar el buen funcionamiento durante los turnos nocturnos, supervisando las transacciones financieras, proporcionando servicios excepcionales a los huéspedes y manteniendo la seguridad de nuestra propiedad.
Realizar los procedimientos contables al final del día, incluyendo el balance de todas las cuentas de efectivo del hotel y la conciliación de los informes de ingresos diarios.Procesar las entradas y salidas de los huéspedes, gestionando cualquier problema que pueda surgir durante el turno de noche.Responder a las consultas y peticiones de los huéspedes con prontitud y profesionalidad, garantizando un alto nivel de satisfacción de los clientes.Supervisar los procedimientos de seguridad y protección del hotel, realizando paseos regulares por la propiedad y abordando cualquier preocupación.Preparar y distribuir diversos informes financieros y operativos para su revisión por parte de la dirección.Ayudar con las reservas, la asignación de habitaciones y los ajustes de tarifas según sea necesario.Coordinarse con otros departamentos para garantizar experiencias fluidas a los huéspedes y resolver cualquier problema pendiente.Gestionar y priorizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de ritmo rápido.Requisitos Estudios superiores en hotelería o turismo.Un año de experiencia previa en recepción de hotel o funciones de auditoría nocturna.Dominio del software de gestión hotelera (Opera).Excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente y comportamiento profesional.Capacidad demostrada de resolución de problemas y pensamiento crítico.Gestión eficaz del tiempo y capacidad de organización.Sólidas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés y español.Experiencia en manejo de efectivo y conciliación financiera.Conocimiento de las operaciones y procedimientos del hotel.Comprensión de los principios básicos de contabilidad.Capacidad para trabajar en turnos nocturnos, fines de semana y festivos según sea necesario.Flexibilidad para adaptarse a prioridades cambiantes y manejar situaciones inesperadas.Nuestro compromiso con la Diversidad & Inclusión : Somos una empresa inclusiva y nuestra ambición es atraer, reclutar y promover talentos diversos.
