Everhard Industries Pty Ltd is seeking a driven and accomplished Head of Sales to execute the sales strategy and drive revenue growth.
In this full-time role, you will work closely with stakeholders to align the sales strategy with the business objectives, including expanding market share.
What you'll be doing Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities Leading, mentoring, coaching, and developing the sales team Establishing clear performance metrics including regularly reviewing performance Building a high-performance team through recruitment and talent development Overseeing key customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty Optimising the sales process to improve efficiency Developing and executing strategies to penetrate new customer segments What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or other related fields) (desirable but not essential) Ability to think strategically and align sales efforts with overall business goals Strong understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering solutions that add value A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving consistent revenue growth Proven ability to work cross-functionally with other departments to drive business success Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing change effectively What we offer Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunities Flexible work arrangements and a strong focus on work-life balance Opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team About us Everhard Industries Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of high-quality plumbing and drainage solutions in the Australian market.
