We offer a comprehensive range of services, including residential care, in-home support, overnight and emergency care, community-based support, and Support Coordination.
Our services are thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (20–25 hours per week).
In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, strengthen our Support Coordination services, and play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of all services, including respite care, support work, and Support Coordination, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.Lead and manage staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management to build a strong and motivated team.Provide leadership and support to the Support Coordination team, ensuring clients achieve their goals and NDIS plans are effectively implemented.Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand services, develop new programs, and build partnerships within the disability sector.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency, service delivery, and client satisfaction.Manage client intake and assessments, ensuring tailored support plans meet individual needs.Collaborate with clients, families, and external stakeholders, including NDIS planners and community partners, to strengthen relationships and broaden our service reach.Monitor and report on service delivery, financial performance, and operational effectiveness.Ensure effective resource allocation and cost management to support sustainable growth.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes innovation and teamwork.Minimum Requirements Demonstrated experience in operational management, preferably within the disability or community services sector.Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, including Specialist Support Coordination.Proven ability to identify and execute strategies for business growth and service expansion.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience managing staff and driving team performance in a dynamic environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.Current First Aid and CPR certification.National Police Check clearance.Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, health, business, or community services.Experience with rostering and client management software.Strong networking skills and experience building partnerships with external providers to support business development.We strongly encourage applications from individuals with lived experience of disability.
