About the Role
The Workplace Coordinator is a vital member of our Melbourne office, responsible for providing administrative support across corporate services, HR, facilities, and more.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while keeping the workplace safe, informed, and engaged.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources: Support recruitment, employee onboarding/offboarding, and internal communications.
Maintain SharePoint pages, policies, and records
Corporate Services: Process expense claims, coordinate meetings, manage mail, and liaise with building management for facility safety and compliance.
Administrative Support: Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Community Engagement: Organize employee events, coordinate training sessions, and oversee office sustainability initiatives.
Selection Criteria
Essential:
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Willingness to learn and complete the traineeship.
Safety awareness and reliability to work onsite.
Desirable:
Previous exposure to HR, OHS, or administrative roles.
