We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team in Melbourne.

Whether you're looking for a part-time or full-time role (3-5 days per week), we offer flexibility and the chance to work both remotely and in our modern Melbourne CBD office.

Your Role:
Design & Deliver Programs: Lead high-impact programs in areas such as Leadership Development , Cultural Transformation , Organisational Reviews , and Strategic Planning .
Lead Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, from executive management to operational teams.
Strategic Relationship Management: Drive client satisfaction through thoughtful engagement and networking, ensuring long-lasting partnerships.
Who We're Looking For:
6+ years of consulting experience in leadership development, change management, strategic/workforce planning, organisational review/operating models with a proven track record of program delivery.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders.
