We proudly provide Victorian energy and water consumers with free, accessible, and informal dispute resolution.Your new role and team:The Organisational Development Manager is part of the People and Culture team, responsible for creating an exceptional employee experience through robust people processes and policies across our entire employee lifecycle. We are focused on creating a unique culture that supports the wellbeing and development of all our people, enabling them to deliver for our members and consumers.As EWOV's Organisational Development Manager, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing organisational effectiveness, culture, and performance. This role involves assessing and addressing organisational needs, implementing development programs, and fostering a high-performance work environment that aligns with EWOV's objectives. You will design, implement, and evaluate capability frameworks and development programs that foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.This position offers full-time hours, with potential consideration for part-time arrangements for the right candidate.What you'll bring:5+ years of experience in training and development or OD role, focusing on capability building and program management.Experience across strategic and operational elements including facilitation and design.Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills, able to quickly identify key issues, seek information, apply relevant considerations, and make sound evidence-based decisions.Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field.Demonstrated ability to analyse data and measure training effectiveness.Strong team player with a collaborative approach.Capacity to determine workloads, set priorities, work under pressure, and complete tasks within specified timeframes.What makes working with us great:Truly flexible and hybrid ways of working with life-friendly hours.Generous leave entitlements including six weeks annual leave, birthday leave, anniversary leave, end-of-year closure leave, community giving leave & 18 weeks of gender-free paid parental leave.Centrally located office in Melbourne CBD close to public transport.Inclusive team culture that supports each other, collaborates, and innovates.We live and breathe wellbeing with a varied program with something for everyone.How to apply:If you are passionate about finding a role where you can really make a difference and be part of a dynamic industry, we encourage you to apply – even if you don't meet every single criterion.
