Obowiazki: Doradzanie organizacji w kwestiach prawnych stosownie do potrzeb.Weryfikowanie, przygotowywanie i negocjowanie umów oraz innych dokumentów prawnych.Przygotowywanie szablonów umów.Opracowywanie, wdrazanie i aktualizowanie odpowiednich zasad prawnych i wytycznych.Rozwiazywanie sporów prawnych.Zapewnianie terminowosci i zgodnosci z odpowiednimi przepisami prawnymi zebran interesariuszy, zebran zarzadu oraz powiazanych formularzy i dokumentów, a takze ich raportowanie zgodnie z zasadami dotyczacymi dokumentacji firmy KONE.Reprezentowanie firmy przed sadami, agencjami rzadowymi oraz w postepowaniach dotyczacych sporów, w zaleznosci od jurysdykcji i przedmiotu sprawy.Koncentrowanie dzialan na zapobieganiu problemom prawnym i umownym.Sledzenie zmian w przepisach prawnych i regulacjach oraz doradzanie w zakresie ich wplywu na firme KONE.Koordynowanie dzialan prawnych przed sadami, agencjami rzadowymi lub innymi wladzami celem ochrony interesów organizacji.Utrzymywanie i koordynowanie kontaktów z prawnikami zewnetrznymi i odpowiednimi doradcami.Utrzymywanie scislych kontaktów ze wspólpracownikami w firmie KONE w celu przekazywania najlepszych praktyk oraz poznawania biezacych i przyszlych potrzeb.Wspóldzialanie ze wspólpracownikami biznesowymi w celu osiagania docelowych wyników biznesowych przy dopuszczalnym poziomie ryzyka prawnego.Przeprowadzanie szkolen w zakresie zagadnien prawnych majacych wplyw na dzialalnosc firmy KONE.O firmie KONE: W firmie KONE koncentrujemy sie na budowaniu innowacyjnej kultury wspólpracy, w której cenimy wklad kazdej osoby.
