This Entry Level position is an opportunity to start your career underground.We're after people who have drive and use initiative.
Our drive is for you to become a Senior Driller.
Roster 2 weeks on and 1 week off, dayshift and nightshiftPhysically demanding role that requires you to work in small teams undergroundHands-on training in all aspects of raise drilling which will include rod handling, rig maintenance and mobilising and demobilising of drill rigs to and from sites.Minimum requirementsAt least 3 months experience in a labour intensive backgroundBased in WA (FIFO only from Perth) or willing to relocateAble to pass Pre-Employment Medicals & Drug and Alcohol ScreensAble to work UndergroundValid C Class Manual Drivers LicenceNational Police Clearance - We cover this costWorking at Heights CertificateFirst Aid Certificate within 3 yearsWhat's in it for me?If you pass your 3 months probation, you will become a Permanent Trainee DrillerGain your cert 3 in DrillingIncome Protection Insurance with no exclusions or out-of-work recreational activitiesGenerous long-service incentive programWe pay for all Training & Accreditations once hiredSuper paid on all hours workedAccess to confidential support and counselling servicesPPE / Flights and accommodation and meal is all paid for while rostered onApplications are welcome from candidates that want to be a part of an organisation that values safety awareness and appropriate workplace behaviours.
