About the RoleCharlie Health is one of the fastest-growing startups in the healthcare industry, working tirelessly to connect people everywhere to life-saving mental health treatment.
Our Clinical Outreach team members are the lifeblood of our business; they know our product, partners, and patients better than anyone.
In this role, you'll be joining a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated wholeheartedly to our mission.
You'll build relationships with clinical partners in your local community and provide much-needed resources to thousands of people struggling with their mental health.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetrationCreate, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority marketsGo in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnershipsDesign strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channelsDeepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnershipsAttend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference callSynthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategiesWork closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goalsRequirementsMust be based in Northern VirginiaMust be fluent in EnglishYou have 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plusExperience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plusAbility to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partnersAbility to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnelStrong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative styleStrong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environmentExperience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plusBenefitsCharlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees.
