Together with BCG, BCG Platinion's interdisciplinary team of technical experts enable customized technical solutions and accelerate delivery value through new business platforms, application consolidations, and major system implementations.
What You'll Do As a Lead Architect / Principal Architect, you'll be responsible for leading technology cases or the technology modules within a BCG case/project to solve our clients' problems; work on a variety of tech/digital topics, applying specialty/generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions.
Partner with clients to understand their issues, define IT strategies, architecture solutions, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with BCGers to transform client potential into performance.
You will be a Lead / Principal who is passionate about driving thought leadership across our Technology agenda with a particular focus on ERP/SAP offering in the market, have tech/architecture project responsibility, key stakeholder management, and client deliverables.
What You'll Bring 10-15+ years' experience in a strategy, management or technology consultancy; digital/technology and/or industry experienceSenior Technology Leader/Senior Manager/Director - Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in:Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program/project delivery ideally with SAP (albeit open to Oracle, Microsoft) with a particular focus in Industrial Goods, Consumer Products, Government/Public Sector, Healthcare and/or Energy sectorsCore system modernization / systems of record experience in Banking/Financial Institutions; Mining and/or ConsumerIn-depth knowledge of architecting solutions at an enterprise scaleExperience leading high performing technology case/project/delivery teamsExperience driving presales/BD, proposal development through to Executive C-suite client presentationsCredible technology leader with a passion for capability build, driving, developing and publishing thought leadership articlesThrive in a hypothesis-led environment and ability to frame strategic challenges from a digital/tech perspectiveStrong analytical skills, problem solving ability and conceptual thinkingExcellent communication, story-lining, client-facing and consulting skillsCommercial/strategic mindset, presence and senior gravitasEnterprise architectural frameworks and methods including TOGAF and/or related certificationsBachelor's degree preferably in an IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplineMBA, Masters or PhD will be highly regardedFlexibility to travel within A/NZ, Asia Pacific and globally as required.At BCG, we offer multiple career paths for the world's best talent to have a real impact on business and society.
