Design & Build Recruitment | Contract Administrator

The Company:
A successful and highly regarded construction contractor has partnered with Design & Build to source a Contracts Administrator.
This role involves managing a portfolio of commercial projects, including fit-outs, new builds, and refurbishments projects across Perth, with project values up to $15 million.
They're renowned for their integrity in all areas of operation, excellence in workmanship, and ensuring clients' needs are a priority.
Over the last couple of years, they have experienced steady growth and have a dynamic and high-performing team.
The Role:
As a Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful running of projects.
Procurement of subcontractors and supplies Negotiate contract terms and conditions with subcontractors Reporting directly to the Project Manager Coordinate the review and timely approval of payment claims submitted by subcontractors Review and undertake the assessment of subcontractor variations in conjunction with the construction team Actively build strong relationships with key stakeholders About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
2+ Years Contracts Administration experience in Commercial Construction Tier 2 or 3 builder experience would be highly regarded Strong organisational skills and excellent time management Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects Experience with Procore (preferred) Experience with Coins (preferred) Strong contractual knowledge Good communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
