With a 'customer first' approach, you'll oversee our operations in Southern Sydney with a focus on delivering excellence in customer service, as well as customer retention, growth and satisfaction.
In addition, you will be a driving force that furthers a positive workplace culture, and coaches the team so they can excel in their role.
What you will be doing:
Business growth: Work closely with the business development team to grow and attract new customers Financial growth: Grow the business in line with agreed financial targets Financial management: Manage profit and loss for the Sutherland branch Customer retention: Develop and implement customer retention strategies that lead to positive outcomes Customer satisfaction: Increase customer satisfaction results and engage with key clients to understand customer journeys and experience Escalation & Resolution: Play an active role in escalated matters and resolve with a positive outcome Risk management: Manage the risk register and employ tactics to mitigate identified risk Efficiency & Compliance: Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to and that systems are used correctly Team Development: Lead, engage and develop a high-performing team Communication & Change management: Facilitate regular and clear communication as well as change management activities that lead to continuous improvement What you need to bring to the role:
Background and/or qualifications in strata management or related field such as Real Estate, Property management, Asset management etc.
Demonstrated people leadership experience Strong financial management skills and a track record of delivering against KPIs Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
