Accreditation and Credentialling ManagerPerth Radiological Clinic (PRC) is a leader in Western Australia's radiology field, recognized for excellence in diagnostic imaging and patient-centred care.
Our team combines clinical expertise with compassion, and as the Accreditation and Credentialling Manager, you'll be central to upholding these values.
In this role, you'll ensure all doctors meet the necessary credentialling and accreditation requirements to provide safe, high-quality care.
The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of HR - Doctors, this role is essential to ensuring our doctors meet all compliance and regulatory standards during onboarding and throughout their career at PRC through effective credentialling and accreditation.
Key Responsibilities Managing credentialling to confirm doctors meet qualifications, licensing, and training standardsCollaborating with the finance team on provider numbers, Medicare registrations, and insurance documentationLeading visa and relocation support for new doctors, both locally and internationallyConducting periodic audits of credentialling files and preparing accreditation reports for managementActing as the main liaison with accrediting bodies and regulatory organizations to maintain PRC's high standardsWhat You Bring A relevant tertiary qualification in business, healthcare administration, or related fieldExtensive experience in accreditation and credentialling within healthcareA deep understanding of medical credentialling standards and processesExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teamsBonus: Experience with visa coordination and relocation servicesWhy Join Us?
