Position OverviewBoral is currently seeking a Concrete Agitator Driver to join the team at our Mossman plant and play a key role in building our community every day.
You will be trained by a dedicated Driver Trainer in the safe operation of Agitator Trucks, and you will be guided on how to deliver Boral's concrete to our valued customers.
From driveways to stadiums, you will provide high-quality service to our customers and leave your mark on a variety of infrastructure projects.
The nature of the work requires flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.
Your Day Will Involve:Delivering concrete to client sites along with managing slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete.Completing basic documentation associated with the collection and delivery of the concrete.Communicating with allocators and customers.Ensuring safety standards are maintained including daily pre-start checks on the vehicle.General housekeeping and yard maintenance.Working in a team environment and ensuring all safety procedures and policies are followed.What We Are Looking For:Current HR driver's licence.Strong commitment to safety and the environment.Proven ability to work within a team environment.Be self-motivated with a professional and courteous manner.Relevant concrete industry experience will be highly regarded; however, full training will be provided.What's On Offer:Permanent, full-time opportunity offering overtime.Monthly Rostered Day Off – 13 additional, paid days offAccess to a variety of support networks including Boral Employee Assistance Program.We provide a working environment that is safe, caring, supportive, and dynamic with a clear focus on continually encouraging and developing its people.About Boral ConcreteAt Boral Concrete, we have more than 200 operational sites across Australia.
