Working as a Contracts Administrator for a growing builder, you will be reporting to an experienced Project Manager and enjoy working on bespoke, Design and Construct projects that have unique finishes - Ultra High End where no project is ever the same.
You will be working Head Office based within Sydney.
As a CA, you will be involved in all post-contract award decisions from procurement, letting subcontract trade packages, management of RFIs, variations and progress claims, EOTs and NoDs.
As your experience grows, you will have an understanding of Head Contract Management and preparing/presenting monthly Cost Reports to the Management Team under a PM.
Typically working on one project at a time, the jobs are all geared to deliver high quality rather than spread you thin across multiple jobs to keep prelims low.
The Builder is well-recognised and respected within their project range of $1M - $20M and growing within their sector.

Qualifications & Experience
You will have finished a Bachelor of Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture You will have a minimum of 3-4 years industry experience working for a recognised Head Contractor in Sydney Your key drivers will be about wanting to be part of something and work with professional people whilst building quality projects Your attitude will be your biggest asset - you will be hard working, have a positive mindset and be eager to learn You will have worked with good construction software #J-18808-Ljbffr
