THE ROLE This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for a passionate Key Account Manager within our dynamic and diverse national organisation.
This position, which reports directly to the NSW State Manager, is centered around developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the underground coal mining sector.
In this autonomous position, you'll become part of a committed, customer-focused team that genuinely appreciates dedication and acknowledges accomplishments.
Your efforts will play a crucial role in the sustained success of TS Global's operations.
REQUIREMENTS Serve as the primary contact for select key clients of TS Global.Offer comprehensive support to our clients to sustain and increase their spending.Develop and implement effective collaborative business strategies with key customers.Establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with customers.Enhance business operations to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market presence.Ensure that the scope of work aligns with the requirements outlined in the service level agreements.Negotiate sales contracts and prepare customer quotations to optimise all sales opportunities.Coordinate with site employees regarding site needs and performance metrics.Directly contribute to TS Global's growth objectives in NSW.ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated expertise in cultivating new business opportunities and overseeing key client accounts.Solid background in sales and account managing with experience in the underground coal mining sector, coal handling preparation plants, and conveyor systems.Strong understanding of business dynamics.Proficient in providing tailored solutions that meet client requirements.Motivated to support the growth of TS Global's operations.Outstanding skills in customer relations and negotiation.Excellent communication abilities, with a knack for effective listening and engagement.Strong time management and organisational capabilities.Enthusiastic, proactive, and professional demeanour.Advanced computer proficiency.Valid driver's license.Trade or engineering qualifications are highly valued.If you're seeking a place to develop your skills and establish a long-term career, consider becoming a part of TS Global.
