Teaching - Early Childhood (Education & Training)
Are you a passionate Early Childhood Advocate looking to share your knowledge in this exciting leadership opportunity? Only About Children: Leichhardt Norton Plaza We are looking for our next super star Education Leader to partner with our wonderful Director and Pedagogy/ ECE specialists.
You will join the leadership team and collaborate with equally passionate leaders who will value your hard work and encourage you to thrive in the role and grow.
Our Leichhardt Norton Plaza campus is located in the bustling hub of Norton street plaza with established links to the local community and many shops, cafes and facilities within the shopping centre.
We are purpose-built, spacious and well resources and currently cater for up to 75 children daily.
With well resourced, age-appropriate indoor learning environments and dedicated outdoor learning/ play spaces, children have many opportunities to develop holistically in this campus.OAC grow curriculum designed by ECE experts and top technology to maxinise your success in the role.Excursions and school readiness programYou will be joining a supportive and knowledgable leadership team, working in partnership with the CD who has an excellent knowledge of the campus and a genuine passion for Early Childhood.We are looking to appoint someone to focus on quality area 1 and act as an advocate for pedagody and practice at this campus.
Approx.
1 day off the floor per week and non room leader responsibilities to focus on leadership and mentoring across the campus.
You will spend time in each classroom as our Education Leader to mentor, role model best practice and advise on challenges.
You will be given sector leading training and time off the floor to research so that you are best placed to develop our educators.
Our Education LEaders brain storm ideas within the EL Network and during monthly meetings so you will feel supported and a sense of community at OAC.
