What your typical day will look like The Client Associate role is a great place to start to forge a career in the media industry.
Reporting to the Client Manager and Director, this role will enable you to build foundational knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of media planning and buying, and exposure to advertising best practices across a variety of verticals.
This includes: Establishing an effective working relationship with our clients, agency partners, and media owners.Supporting the team with media campaign setup and activation, campaign reporting and insights, assisting with campaign planning and document preparation, and working with clients on broader requests.Learning and applying entry-level media maths and terminology, as well as the usage of media industry tools and technology.Providing support and guidance on campaign analysis and client engagements, relationships, presentations, and reporting.Building a strong understanding of the AU media and advertising landscape.A bit about you High attention to detail and inquisitive.Proactive communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.Effective time management skills.Naturally collaborative and enjoys working as part of a team.Basic to mid-level experience with MS Office suite, particularly Excel.A natural enthusiasm and interest in the advertising and media industry.What's in it for you Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our 'Be the Best You' policy.5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 mental health awareness days off per year.Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University.Save money with great discounts on health insurance, gym membership, buying a car, and travelBecome a champion for meaningful progress Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work.
