We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to join our brand new centre in Dundas Valley.
About the role:
As Centre Director, your responsibility and time will be spent on staff and their development and operations of the centre.
Your commitment to leading a service on its path to exceptional quality is endless and you have the support of a dedicated team that shares your vision.
You are a People Leader who knows how to get the best out of your team for the ultimate benefit to children and families.
About you:
ACECQA Approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Experience with staff development & leadership, experience in a similar role advantageous Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP Outstanding level of verbal and written communication Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates Current Working with Children Check Benefits for you:
