Nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly area of North Brisbane, Goodstart Stafford Heights offers an incredible opportunity for a dedicated Centre Director to inspire and lead our team.
Our centre provides quality care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, with a focus on creating a nurturing and inclusive environment.

In this role, you will:
Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
Work with your team to plan for your Centre's future, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.

You'll help achieve this by:
Having a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved qualification.
Experience with leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
Have proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
