In this role, you will
Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide About Goodstart Bertram
Join a team of dedicated, qualified educators who provide a quality early learning program in all environments All five of our dedicated learning rooms have qualified group leaders who lead their team of assistants, supporting up to 97 children each day Our educators pride themselves on creating programs that give children a strong sense of identity and well-being to become confident and involved learners.
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Bertram is located in a safe and convenient area, close to schools, shops, transport routes, and community services.

You'll need
A Diploma or Bachelor's in early childhood education Hold a current Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain one Experience with leading and managing change within education, health, or community services Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management How to apply
