Join our Goodstart Kincumber team as a Centre Director
Located conveniently in an industrial facility area, where there are 76-places from infants to preschoolers.
* As the Director, you'll oversee a dedicated team of 28+ Early Childhood Professionals including educators, teachers, centre cooks and administration assistant.
* Work alongside with our long-standing Assistant Director * You'll have a unique opportunity to lead out vibrant community during the centre's bustling hours between7AM – 5:30PM.
This role offers the perfect blend of leadership, educational innovation and community engagement, making it an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional looking to make a lasting impact in early childhood development.
About the role: * Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice * Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business What Goodstart can offer you: At least 12% above the award rate Up to 50% discount off your childcare gap fees and up to 6 weeks paid parental leave Tax benefits through salary packaging Paid professional development Two wellbeing days included in your personal leave per year Free annual flu shot (optional) ?
