CENTRE DIRECTOR/NOMINATED SUPERVISOR
MATERNITY LEAVE POSITION 2025
Little Wonders Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor for our service, located in Albion Park Rail.

Little Wonders Early Learning Centre caters for children aged 2-5 years, with 25 children per day.
We are rated exceeding under the National Quality Standards.
About the role
This position is offered for a maternity leave cover period, with potential for ongoing employment following contract.
Full Time/Mon-Fri is highly preferred.
Part Time hours may be considered for the right candidate.
As the Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Ensure that all legal obligations for early childhood are met and maintained.
Overall management and leadership of the service.
Maintain documentation and records in line with confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
Lead and guide the team to uphold high quality education and care.
Develop trusting relationships with centre families, children and educators.
Lead and guide the educational program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Work in collaboration with the team for the service's Quality Improvement Plan.
Ensuring that staffing arrangements and rostering are well organised and meet regulations.
Essential Criteria
The successful applicant will hold:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teacher or ACECQA approved equivalent).
Cleared employee Working with Children's Check.
First Aid in Education and Care Setting.
Child Protection Training.
Food Handlers Training.
Experience working within leadership and management of early childhood.
