We put people first, care fiercely, earn trust with science and solve with courage – and have brilliant opportunities waiting for you Join us in shaping our future–and yours.What You Will DoThe Business Finance Manager is responsible for conducting financial analysis, deploying dashboards and business scorecards, developing policies and procedures, and overseeing the cost effectiveness of operating systems and programs. You will partner cross functionally to develop solutions to a variety of problems with varying levels of scope and complexity, and analyze company actual performance vs. business plan:Key ResponsibilitiesManaging risk and opportunities for P&L, supporting Marketing and Sales business partners in delivery of NTS, market share and brand contribution targetsDevelopment of market models to assess category sizing, market share and validate brand financial KPIsAnalyze market share performance vs. competitors developing competitive insights to support delivery of Consumer roadmapUnderstands franchise segment business issues and identify cost and process improvement initiativesNew product introduction assessment and recommendation on pricingIdentification of levers to drive Gross profit improvement initiatives (including CIW/TP/BME spends)External focus on competitor environment (customer and category) to drive insight and strategic direction for franchiseUnderstanding of needs states and shopper / consumer preferences for relevant franchise to review and challenge brand strategy, pricing, marketing BME & CIW investmentsProvide support to deliver latest update and budget presentations for local and regional reviews, framing and tailoring communication to audience.Ensure compliance with evolving accounting guidance and local government laws; act as a liaison with external firms when appropriateQualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications8-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role.University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or accountingStrong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and motivate a team.Proficient in financial software and systems.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Prior people management experienceDesired QualificationsCPA or CMA certificationExcellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and business partnering skillsAbility to work in a dynamic, matrix-style, complex environmentAdvanced knowledge of technical accounting and related business applicationsStrong knowledge/background in technical accounting areas such as revenue recognition, business acquisitions and divestitures, licensing arrangements and R&D accounting, business restructuring, financial instruments, currency matters and hedging transactions, PP&E accounting and expense versus prepaid accountingExperience with accounting systems such as SAP, OneStream, and BlacklineTechnical financial compliance experienceWhat's In It For YouCompetitive Benefit PackageBenefits include Flexible Working, Health and Wellness Reimbursement, Volunteering Days and much moreLearning & Development OpportunitiesKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
