We are now seeking a talented and motivated Client Service Manager to join our team.Role Overview:As the Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the mortgage process and beyond.
Your ability to understand clients' needs, provide expert advice, and maintain ongoing communication will be key to success in this role.
Working onsite at our Bankstown office, you will collaborate closely with brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
This position is pivotal in maintaining client satisfaction and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.Develop and implement strategies to improve client service processes and enhance the overall client experience.Monitor and resolve client concerns or complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory outcomes.Proactively manage client expectations and keep them informed of progress and updates.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.Collaborate with the brokering team to ensure seamless handovers and a unified approach to client management.Stay informed about industry trends, lender policies, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice.Participate in networking and client engagement activities to promote the firm and expand its client base.Provide regular reporting and insights to management on client service performance and opportunities for improvement.Key Requirements:Proven experience in a client service or relationship management role, ideally within the mortgage brokering, banking, or finance industry.Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending criteria, and the overall application process.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.High level of organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement.Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, including NCCP and ASIC guidelines.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustriesBanking
