Reporting directly to the Head of IT & Security, you'll oversee the day-to-day IT operations from managing the IT Helpdesk and ensuring seamless ticket resolution, to collaborating on key IT projects.

Your role with us: Lead and optimise the IT operations at Easygo, ensuring our systems, infrastructure, and helpdesk services run smoothly to support our fast-growing global business.Manage a talented team of IT Support Officers and System Administrators, guiding them to deliver efficient, top-tier technical support across the organisation.Oversee the IT ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of issues, collaborating with stakeholders on key IT projects, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.Work closely with vendors and IT suppliers, manage key contracts, and support the strategic growth of Easygo's IT systems.Who are we? What you will do: Team Management: Supervise and mentor our existing team of IT Support Officers and System Administrators.Helpdesk Management: Oversee the IT ticketing system, help with prioritisation of tickets, monitor and report KPIs from the IT Helpdesk ticketing system (Jira Service Desk).System Maintenance and Support: Ensure the IT Systems and Infrastructure are secure, reliable and high-performing.Project Collaboration: Work closely with IT Project Managers to plan and execute IT Projects.Vendor and IT Supplier Management: Maintain relationships with various IT vendors and suppliers.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on IT activities.Strategic Contribution: Provide recommendations for IT system growth and improvement.Collaboration: Build internal relationships across the organisation with key stakeholders.What you will bring: Proven experience in a similar IT leadership role.Strong understanding of IT helpdesk operations, KPIs, and performance management.Technical expertise in IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience managing and developing teams.A customer-first mindset.Ability to handle complex issues calmly and logically.Some of the perks of working for us: EAP access for you and your family.Access to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development Platform.Team lunches and happy hour in the office from 4pm on Fridays.Fun office environment with pool tables and gaming consoles."We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer – we commit to respond to every applicant."
