An opportunity currently exists for a Senior P&C Business Partner , based at our Head Office in Macquarie Park or Altona Victoria, commencing in January 2025.
The Senior People & Culture Business Partner is a leadership role responsible for driving workforce transformation, change management, and the development of engagement programs that align with Allied Pinnacle's strategic objectives.
As a trusted advisor, you will coach senior leadership, manage employee relations, and foster a high-performance culture.
You will work closely with key stakeholders, providing strategic advice and developing HR processes, policies, and talent management strategies.
Key accountabilities include:
Organisational Development & Talent Management: Lead workforce initiatives, aligning talent strategies with business objectives.
Manage talent acquisition, planning, and performance management.
Employee Engagement & Experience: Champion employee engagement through insightful programs and foster an inclusive workforce aligned with business goals.
Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving innovation, workforce planning, and managing change.
Employee & Industrial Relations: Support managers with employee relations, ensure compliance with legislation, and manage industrial disputes and performance issues.
Projects: Lead people & culture projects such as workforce development, career frameworks, and leadership development programs.
The successful applicant will possess:
Tertiary degree in business/commerce with a major in Human Resources and/or Industrial Relations.
10+ years in HR leadership, with expertise in workforce strategy, organisational development, and talent management.
Strong knowledge of Australian ER/IR laws and experience in the FMCG or food production industry is a plus.
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
A data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong technical HR knowledge across Australian employment legislation and environment, including understanding of the National Employment Standards, Modern Awards and enterprise bargaining.
Excellent verbal and communications skills with the ability to engage, collaborate, influence and provide coaching at all levels across a diverse stakeholder group.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, knowledge of basic HRIS systems.
