We employ over 15,000 casual staff, or 'Sidekicks', seamlessly connecting them with businesses across the healthcare, hospitality, events, industrial and promotions industries.How you'll make an impactA Key Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth and the adoption of the Sidekicker platform among newly acquired Clients and our premier existing Client group. You will primarily focus on driving growth within your territory while managing junior resources, and focusing on delivering client results.What you'll doGrowthOwn the industrial territory and work with our Sales, Ops, and GTM teams on opportunities for growthIncrease Sidekicker's share of wallet with our existing customer base by understanding the business needs and requirements.Work towards achieving our national and state revenue targetsGrow the product adoption of the Sidekicker platform within our existing customers.Identify potential opportunities within our serviceable areas and core roles to create leads for our sales team and work alongside your colleagues to win new business.Expand into additional sites of existing partners in your territoryWork on new business within a predetermined list of future key accounts, leverage referrals for intros to new business and join networking events to find potential future partnersNurture new customers and oversee our Early Life Cycle programs for key accounts to ensure we are effectively onboarding new Clients to the platform and maximising value for both them and Sidekicker.Client SuccessRelationship management of existing key Industrial clients (incl. Head-office relationships with accounts within that state)Develop a strong understanding of the client that includes their business drivers and strategies, competitive position in the marketplace, industry trends, key strategic partner relationships, as well as key executives and decision-makersBuild, enhance, and execute long-term client relationships and communication with key executives, key decision-makers and influencersDevelop and implement strategic growth plans to increase our share of wallet within key accountsIncrease overall product utilisation, upsell new products and services, identify and close new business within existing accountsAct as an advocate for customers, internally conveying their customer-specific needs across the organisation to ensure proper alignment and prioritisation of resources.Lead Delivery & ImplementationEffectively manage and enable your team to ensure effective delivery and a high level of Client satisfaction across your portfolioWork with internal stakeholders in Operations and Finance on improving the outcomes from these accounts for the client and for SidekickerCreate value for customers by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and then build a "success plan" with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.Coach and mentor your Client Services Consultants to build both their capability and personal development roadmaps.Enable Client Services Consultants to run recruitment and client supportBe the main point of contact for sites and accounts. Liaise with internal or external stakeholders to resolve themConduct regular client meetings to assess the health and satisfaction of the customer, their needs, milestones and metrics for successAbout youDemonstrates strong communication skills to influence decision-makers and negotiate on significant and complex matters while challenging views and knowing when to compromise tactfully.Develops meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders and key clients and can identify and seize potential growth opportunities.Draws on commercial knowledge to support the team in their solution sells.Ability to frame a value proposition and ask the right questions to be able to overcome objections to gain commitment from your clientsA leadership mindset that focuses on managing and enabling others while building a high-performing team culture that rewards growth and product adoption.Growth mindset focussed on expanding and growing the Sidekicker businessExperienceMinimum of 4 years experience working as a Key Account Manager, ideally within a service-based business or agency.Previous experience managing a small team where you enable team members and lead by example
