We are currently inviting applications for the position of Mining Engineer on a permanent, full-time basis, with an 8:6 FIFO roster departing from Perth.
In this role, the Mining Engineer will provide critical engineering and technical support, overseeing and supervising all stages of mining projects.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all engineering activities, including mine planning, design, and scheduling.
Provide technical and commercial support to the site.
Contribute to business improvement initiatives.
Assist in managing and verifying survey data on-site.
Support progress claim audits and assist with project forecast preparation.
Carry out other duties as directed by your manager or site management/Senior Project Engineer.

Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in open pit mining, mine scheduling, and proficiency with software packages like Surpac or Deswik is highly regarded.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in a contractor supplier role within the mining industry or a related sector.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening.
A current police clearance (issued within the last 12 months).
