Medtronic is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to become part of our highly experienced Queensland Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) team, based in the vibrant city of Brisbane.
This newly created position offers a unique chance to become a key contributor to a team that has achieved significant growth in Queensland.
You will gain comprehensive exposure to our entire ENT portfolio, with opportunities to travel to beautiful tropical locations such as Cairns, Townsville, and Rockhampton.
For over two decades, Medtronic ENT has been at the forefront of providing innovative solutions for a wide range of Ear (Otological), Nose (Rhinology), and Throat (Laryngology/Head & Neck Cancer) conditions.
Our commitment to advancing medical technology has enabled us to effectively treat patients with chronic ENT conditions.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Assist in achieving sales revenue and market share targets for specified region by assisting Territory Managers with customer service, clinical support, and education.
Provide expert level in theatre support for all clinical end users and hospital staff on our products.
Ensure existing and prospective customers are technically competent through in-service education and regular product updates.
Serve as a technical resource to support sales of a specific medical product or solution.
Ensure the highest level of product and technical knowledge is attained and maintained.
Support Territory Managers' account sales strategies through regular contact with key healthcare professionals.
Support Territory Managers with inventory control, including the expedited delivery of stock to customers as needed.
Facilitate and conduct external Medical Education Events.
Assist Territory Managers in providing after-hours on-call support.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Must-Have:
Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience; or Associate Diploma with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
Nice to Have:
2+ years clinical support experience in nursing, clinical or medical device industry setting (preferably within ENT) with a strong track-record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite.
Nursing qualifications, general sciences degree or similar.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel and work out of office hours as required.
