CYF work in accordance with the Sanctuary Model of Care framework.What can CYF offer you?Ongoing Learning & Development including TCI and Sanctuary Model TrainingAnnual FREE Flu VaccinationReimbursement to maintain First Aid & CPRCEO Scholarship ProgramSonder complete care platform – 24/7 supportCorporate Health Care PartnersLocation Swap – locations across QLDRecognition – Employee of the Month, 5 & 10 year Service AwardsAs a Residential Care Worker, you may work with young people to:Plan and attend activities or appointmentsSupport and manage their behavioursUse daily routines to provide hands-on training for life skills such as cooking, personal care and budgetingMaintain hygiene and cleanliness of the houseComplete daily case notes, admin tasks and incident reportsCYF programs operate 24/7 which includes shift work (sleepovers, weekends, and possibly awake shifts).Requirements prior to commencement:Blue Card for Working with Children (currently hold or be eligible to apply for)NDIS Worker Screening (currently hold or be eligible to apply for)Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS2)Hold or be willing to enrol in a Cert 4 or higher recognised qualificationDriver's licence (P2 minimum)Hope & Healing modulesSmartphone with internet accessCPR Certificate (willing to obtain)Interested in this job?
