AAA Finance and Insurance is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Broker to join our team in Birtinya, Queensland.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing customised financial solutions to our diverse client base, helping both consumers and business owners secure assets including cars, campers and caravans, bikes, boats, trucks and commercial equipment as well as personal loans.
What you'll be doing
Engaging with clients to understand their unique financial needs and goals Researching and analysing a wide range of asset finance products to identify the best fit for each client Preparing and submitting loan applications and supporting documentation Negotiating with lenders to secure the most competitive terms and rates for clients Providing exceptional customer service throughout the application and approval process Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, and industry partners Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year experience as an Asset Finance Broker or in a similar role within the banking and financial services industry Strong understanding of asset finance products, including cars, campers and commercial equipment Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to each client's unique requirements Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field What we offer
