At Green Finance Group, you'll have access to hundreds of loan products from over 60 lenders, the autonomy to run your own business and structure your own day while benefiting from the support and resources of one of the industry's most experienced and recognized broking teams.Your RoleAs a Finance Consultant at Green Finance Group, you will be responsible for:Building and maintaining strong client relationshipsAssessing client financial needs and recommending appropriate funding solutionsNegotiating with lenders and presenting loan applicationsManaging the loan process from application to settlementStaying updated on industry regulations, lending policy and procedure, and market trendsWhat We Look ForProven experience: banking/finance background or independent mortgage/finance broker – minimum 2 yearsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentKnowledge of financial products, lending processes, and regulatory requirementsCertificate IV in Finance Broking; however, Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance is preferredMember of either FBAA or MFAA preferredIf this sounds like you, please submit your EOI, inclusive of your current Resume, direct to:J-18808-Ljbffr#J-18808-Ljbffr
