About Us:Mortgage Scout, a newly established business in collaboration with Investor Partner Group, is committed to delivering exceptional financial solutions to clients.
We specialize in assisting individuals and businesses in navigating the complexities of loans and financing, ensuring their financial goals are met with confidence.
Key Responsibilities: Assess Financial Needs: Evaluate client financial situations and determine their borrowing requirements.
Provide tailored advice on loan products, including home loans, business loans, and other finance options.Loan Application Management: Assist clients in preparing, submitting, and managing loan applications.
Liaise with financial institutions, banks, and lenders to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, interest rates, and lending products to provide informed and competitive financial solutions.Compliance: Ensure all loan processing activities comply with legal, regulatory, and lender requirements.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for each client.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and financial institutions.
Provide ongoing support and advice to clients throughout the borrowing process.Qualifications and Experience: Diploma or higher qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in finance broking or a related role.Sound knowledge of financial products, lending criteria, and regulations in Australia.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Benefits: Competitive salary and commission structure.Supportive and professional working environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth.How to Apply:Please send your resume and a cover letter to by 20th Jan 2025.
