About the opportunity: We are seeking a passionate Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly team on a fixed-term contract basis (with a view to extension).
In this role, you will support the recruitment efforts across the Residential Aged Care division, assisting hiring managers with coordinating the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for candidates in direct care roles across our homes in Australia.
What you'll bring: It takes a special kind of person to work in aged care or community services.

To thrive in this role, you will have: Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment Experience coordinating end to end internal recruitment efforts, preferably in an aged care environment.
Experience in screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, performing background checks and coordinating the onboarding process using an applicant tracking system The ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders as part of the recruitment process Promote a positive candidate experience by supporting them in the onboarding process The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Prior experience with HRIS platforms (Workday) will be an added advantage You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and or NDIS clearance Ready to help us shape the future of healthcare?
