If so, we want you to join our teamSodexo is currently seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join the team in a permanent, full-time capacity working on a FIFO – 14 days ON 14 days OFF Roster from Perth.Duty Manager responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes, and creating a positive work environment for employees.Requirements of the role will include but are not limited to:Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goalsWork with management to assess and improve processes and policiesMonitor and report on revenue and cash flowUphold and enforce company policiesTrain new hiresAddress employee complaints or performance issues as neededCheck in with employees regularly to determine satisfactionSchedule shiftsHelp management create the department budgetAddress customer issues and complaintsStay up-to-date with organisational changes, issues and improvements and communicate these to other staff membersWorking both day and night shiftsWho are we looking for?We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments; there's never a dull moment at Sodexo.You take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management and teamwork skills and have the ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.To be successful, you'll need:Experience as a Duty Manager or similar management roleCatering / Chef knowledge (beneficial)Strong organisational skillsStrong problem-solving skillsDegree in Dietetics, Food Service Management, Nutrition or HospitalityWhy choose Sodexo?Sodexo is a people business, employing over half a million people worldwide and thousands here in Australia.
