They are also committed to creating a fantastic work environment for their staff.The exciting position:Based 30 minutes South of Perth's CBDReport into the General Manager of Aged CareManage the operation and delivery of home care services to clients in their retirement villages and the surrounding communityBe involved in creating the strategic direction; identify service gaps and develop service offerings that are sustainable, innovative and in line with best practicePositively promote the organisation and their services to stakeholders and the community to develop new partnerships, increase client numbers and maintain their reputation as a provider of choiceManage, inspire, guide, support and mentor an engaged team to deliver exceptional care and servicesEffectively oversee financial resources by preparing budgets and managing incomes and expenses accordinglyEnsure the service complies with governing legislation by contributing to continuous quality improvement and the review and development of policies and proceduresIncrease client's opportunity to stay in their home by ensuring suitable support services are provided that are person centred, will improve quality of life and maximise independenceBenefits:Clinical background / AHPRA Registration is not necessaryOpportunity to be involved in the strategic direction by driving the growth of home care servicesJoin a company with a very client centric care model and a commitment to the local communityBe guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice.$115k - $120k + healthy bonus for success + super + salary packagingAbout you:Experience working as a Service Manager or Operations Manager within the care sector is essentialStrong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability identifying and capitalising on opportunities for service growthExcellent networking skills with the energy and drive to develop strong relationships with external stakeholders and promote the organisation's brandUnderstanding of the legislative requirements governing home care and proven track record meeting accreditation standardsAn engaging and supportive manager with a demonstrated ability building a culture of successWhat next?Our client is looking to recruit for this role immediately.
